Represented a class of gas station attendants who were not paid overtime for off-the-clock work and worked under an arguably unenforceable on-duty-meal agreement.  Plaintiffs sued because they were required to do work before and after their shift for which they received no pay, and were also improperly required to work during their “lunch breaks” pursuant to an agreement.
