| The lawsuit was filed in Federal court against Donald Trump, NBC, Mark Burnett, and the creators of the hit reality-television show “The Apprentice.” Our client alleged that he originated the idea for an unscripted reality series called “C.E.O.” that would have been hosted by Donald Trump and set in a corporate office environment. The lawsuit alleged that the creators of “The Apprentice” stole our client’s idea for the show after he pitched it to them in 2001. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
