Bank Of America Disability Discrimination Settlement

Single father who worked for Bank of America and its predecessor for 25 years was terminated shortly after going on a medical leave of absence due to being at high risk of suffering a heart attack.  Bank of America argued that our client did not submit proper paperwork, which was proven untrue.  Resulted in a confidential settlement.
