Rex Phillips has been practicing in a wide variety of general and complex litigation for over fifteen years and, as a result, is extremely well-versed in all manner of litigation. Prior to joining Makarem & Associates, he spent over ten years managing voluminous caseloads for large firms, including medical malpractice defense for major insurance companies, foreclosure actions on behalf of large banking institutions, as well as extensive litigation in employment & wage and hour, business disputes, landlord/ tenant litigation, and all manner of consumer related actions. His experience working for both big law and reputable defense firms provides him with the unique ability to analyze cases from all angles. He is a member in very good standing with the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California.
