Biography

Deborah P. Gutierrez is an Of Counsel Attorney in Makarem & Associates employment law group where she handles employment claims including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, and other tort and contract claims. Ms. Gutierrez has spent her career fighting for plaintiffs against big corporations and has successfully secured millions of dollars in damages for her clients. Ms. Gutierrez earned a degree in political science with a minor in French from the University of California, Los Angeles, and received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New England Law, Boston.

She joined Makarem & Associates in 2018.
