Biography
Britland Kenworthy joined Makarem & Associates as a law clerk in 2022. As an Associate Attorney, Ms. Kenworthy primarily focuses on employment matters and represents employees who have experienced workplace harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation.
Prior to working at M&A, Ms. Kenworthy interned at the Los Angeles District Attorney's office in the violent crimes unit. While in law school, Ms. Kenworthy worked for the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, a nonprofit organization dedicated to safeguarding First Amendment freedoms and the newsgathering rights of journalists.
Ms. Kenworthy completed her undergraduate education at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in 2020. In 2023, Ms. Kenworthy graduated from UCLA School of Law and became a valued member of the Makarem & Associates team.
