Legal Malpractice Settlement For Employer

Employer was hit with a large wage and hour class action lawsuit.  Law firm which represented the employer in its defense of the class action suit committed malpractice and cost the employer tens of thousands of dollars by failing to compel arbitration, failing to properly advise its client to settle the matter prior to further litigation, and failing to assert two key affirmative defenses.  Resulted in a confidential settlement.
